Belmar stripers

 

The NAN SEA J had the Bud Slemmer party out for our first striper trip of the season on Saturday 4/22/11.

While the rain and south wind made for not so nice conditions the fishing was very good. We were unable

to find the jig fish that had been around the past few days. So we switched to clamming and the bass were

waiting for us. A steady pick with a couple of flurries and the guys were on there way to a limit plus

bonus tags for all. High hook had 11 and lots of shorts were released.
